I am a Feminine Energy & Mindset Coach. I’ve been on my self-improvement journey for a year now and started my feminine energy journey six months ago.

I used to be the biggest people-pleaser, always putting others before myself so I would be seen as the golden child. But that got me nowhere. I disliked the way I looked, and I didn’t know how to fully embrace my authentic self. This made me really want to learn how I could feel and look good.

During my self-development journey, I turned to social media for guidance, but I felt so confused and overwhelmed. There was so much content of people saying different things about what was "right" and "wrong," about self improvement, the whole femme fatale and dark feminine tips and tricks. I just didn’t get it at all. It was way too much for me to take in.

But then, I discovered what feminine energy truly is, and that’s when my self-improvement journey took a beautiful turn. Everything became less confusing because once I learned how to embrace my feminine energy, everything shifted.

To me, feminine energy is about feeling comfortable in your body, mind, and soul. It’s about only doing what feels good you, what makes you feel confident, radiant, and empowered. So instead of blindly following everything I saw on social media, I started tailoring it to what resonated with me and what actually helped me grow.

I’ve never been this happy, fulfilled, and magnetic! I have learned to love my ethnic features and turn those so called “imperfections” into one of the things I truly love about myself.

I started this coaching business because I want to help other women have a less overwhelming and confusing journey. I truly believe that learning about feminine energy & personal development shouldn’t feel confusing. That’s not to say the journey itself won’t be confusing or challenging, you will experience a range of emotions, because that is of course apart of growth and healing
